About the Author

Adelheid Oesch is a counselor, teacher, and writer based in Lausanne, Switzerland.

A mother of four, Adelheid spent the first part of her adult life raising her family and developing her career as a partner in the family art and antiques business.

She later developed a second career as the founder of 'L'Atelier du Dialogue Intérieur' (Voice Dialogue Workshop), where she has been teaching ‘Voice Dialogue' and guiding people on their path of self-discovery and spiritual growth since 1993.
